Directions

Traveling from the south on I-95, get off at exit 3 (Arch Street). Turn left off exit. Traveling from the north on I-95, get off at exit 3 (Arch Street). Turn right off exit.
Cross under train tracks and veer right onto Arch Street. Turn left onto Mason Street. Turn left onto Lewis Street. The Yoga Center of Greenwich is located at 125 Greenwich Avenue, on the corner of Lewis Street. We are on the lower level.

NOTE: Walk into the lobby of the jewelry store Shreve, Crump and Lowe then walk downstairs to The Yoga Center. (You can also take the elevator!)
